RETURNS
Customers have up to 1 week from the date of receiving the order to return items. All items that are on "sale" are final. E-mail us at the e-mail above to request a refund or return. You can choose from a cash refund or store credit!

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
Here at Boujique Boutique we know sometimes things don't fit as imagined and we understand! In order for a item to be returned and refunded it has to be returned as sent. You have 1 week from the date of delivery to return the item. We do not cover return packaging / shipping fees. Refunds can be in the form of store credit or cash.
How do I track my order?
After you have placed your order and you receive your email stating that your order has been confirmed. you should receive a tracking number via email withing 4-7 business days. If you have selected 1 day shipping, you can expect your tracking number in 1-2 business days depending on time the order is placed.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options consist of same day local delivery, same day pickup ( email for pick up), 1 day shipping, standard shipping (4-7 business days)
